Spartanburg Two breaks ground on new Maintenance Facility

What a great afternoon in Spartanburg District Two, as we celebrated the groundbreaking of the new District Maintenance Facility behind the softball fields on Blalock Road.  This project is the collaboration of the District, Jumper Carter Sease Architects, and Thompson Turner Construction utilizing the construction management at-risk delivery method.
