Completion of the Hugh & Jean Leatherman Medical Education Complex

Introducing the new Hugh & Jean Leatherman Medical Education Complex for Francis Marion University.  Located in the old historic US Post Office in downtown Florence, this 32,000 SF facility now houses a variety of the University’s Therapies Programs including occupational, speech, and physical therapy.  It consists of classrooms, conference rooms, laboratories, and offices while maintaining the historic integrity of the building.  This was a design-build effort between Thompson Turner Construction and Watson Tate Savory Architects.
