ABC Build A Shed Competition

The Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce and ABC Carolinas held their annual Build A Shed competition last week in Charleston, SC.  Through this competition, local and career-ready students are provided the opportunity to work directly with construction professionals to learn about the fast-paced construction industry.  Seven high school-construction professional teams work together to construct an 8’x11′ shed that is judged on quality, craftsmanship, and accuracy.  The sheds are then auctioned off to the local community.
