Thompson Turner Construction was hired by Florence-Darlington Technical College to provide CM At-Risk services for the new construction of the Automotive & HVAC Technology Center.

Gearing Up for Training

 This project is located on an existing, occupied campus near Florence Darlington Technical College’s Child Development Center, the Caterpillar Academy Center as well as adjacent to an existing campus roadway that is utilized by the college’s facility and students.

The new 35,000 SF Automotive & HVAC Technology Center building features high bay shops, lab/classrooms that can be reconfigured based on the type of class being held, office space for faculty, and a public reception lobby.
